Kids Yoga Series (Ages 7-10)

Yoga and mindfulness are useful tools that we can share with our children to help them self regulate and to navigate through challenging moments in their lives. In this 6 week series, your child will learn yoga and mindfulness techniques that are both fun and engaging.

Toddler Time

Bring your Littles to this fun, weekly class that combines yoga, music, stories & play! It’s a great opportunity for you to bond with your child and connect with other parents. Recommended for children walking-36 months.

First Sunday of the Month

Monthly Restorative Yoga

Kelly will be offering Restorative Yoga on the first Sunday of every month. Restorative Yoga is a calming practice for all abilities. Often using many props, you will be guided into relaxing poses and will hold the poses for several minutes. Remaining in the poses for this length of time encourages your body to release tension and your mind to quiet.  It is a great way to end your weekend and prepare for the week ahead.
